Horrible experience. I asked for a specific color and received the exact one I did not want. I contacted customer service to complain and haven’t received a response in several days. This was an expensive pipe, and I would have expected to get the one I originally ordered—that’s the whole reason I bought it in the first place. If you’re purchasing from this website, be careful with how much you spend, because they may mess up your order.
