How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $100 (except HI & AK) .
International customers receive free shipping on orders over $350.
How long until my order ships?
Orders placed before 12pm EST usually ship out same day, Monday thru Friday.
Orders placed after 12pm ship the following business day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email.
How long does free shipping take?
Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.
Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in NJ, FL, or CA.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping to an ever-growing list of countries around the world.
A complete list of available countries is available within the shipping stage of checkout.
Orders over $350 receive FREE International Shipping.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
We understand not everyone is down with the WoB.
For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with a return address.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
Upon purchasing you are offered Route package insurance. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, World of bongs will replace it at no cost for customers who have added Route. Simply notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.
Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.

International customers are responsible for understanding the customs laws and regulations of your country. Orders held in customs or otherwise prevented from entering the country are the responsibility of the customer only.
*Warranty for lost packages is not applicable on international shipping and should be handled with the local carrier.
Why Is My Order Stuck In "PRE-SHIPMENT" On The USPS Tracker?
When an order is stuck in "Pre-Shipment" status, that is USPS code for "..we scanned your package but don't know where it is and/ or we missed it's initial scan at the original distribution center, but it will be scanned at another delivery point along the way." USPS is having challenges over the last 90 days because of the COVID-19 impact thus resulting in a lack of staff/ resources as stated on the there website (click here) which is causing delays to customer packages across the USA & Internationally. What's happening is the USPS tracker indicates that the order/ package is in a status of "Pre-Shipment" and then suddenly the status changes to "your package will be delivered tomorrow before 10am" OR it will say "your order is currently out for delivery." In most cases, the Pre Shipment status will change to "your order is out for delivery" as that is happening 9 times out of 10 at the moment.
I understand some of my mail delivery may be delayed? Why?
Postal Service Priority Mail®products and First-Class®packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
