Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only within72 hours of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Be in its original packaging with all components intact.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Process

1. Contact Us First:
• Email us atshop@worldofbongs.co with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide further instructions, including whether the return is eligible and approved.
2. Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by our support team.
• For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Refund Policy

• Approved Returns:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed for the original purchase price,minus a 15% restocking fee and any original shipping charges paid.
• Non-Shipped Items:
• If you request a refund for an item that has not yet shipped, a10% service fee may apply at our discretion.

Exclusions

• Certain items, including sale or clearance products, may not be eligible for return. Please check product details before purchasing.
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within72 hours of delivery.
• We may require photographic evidence of the damage and will determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or refund.

Discretionary Returns

• We reserve the right to approve or deny returns or refunds at our discretion, including cases where policy requirements are not strictly met.
