It was risky having to order these at Christmas time but I ordered two bongs. One did show up broken, they immediately replace that one. I did pay the extra insurance for the products and it was worth it. One was lost by USPS in the holiday mail for 12 days, they found it. It showed up mint condition! in the end, All fabulous. wonderful service! would recommend to everybody!! five stars.

I never realized that the shipment would be sent from the east coast and i was a little worried. It arrived here in the west coast safe and sound. Amazing packaging i am so pleased with how well it was packaged and it smokes beautifully. I know where to get my next glass piece from.
