I first ordered this bong & it came with a minor dent, even though it wasn’t anything causing the bong to be unusable, it was a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary & was disappointed how it turned out. I reached out to WOB & they immediately responded apologizing & offering to send a new free courtesy bong, which came not even a week later. They were extremely reasonable & supportive which I truly appreciated & even declined having me send the old bong back. The new bong came perfect & my boyfriend absolutely loves it - it works perfectly, the size couldn’t be better, & the detail in the dragon is beautiful & unique. We love the show House of the Dragon on HBO right now & this bong was a PERFECT gift - thank you WOB for being so understanding, kind, & quick with communication. I will definitely order from again & highly recommend not only for quality of product, but truly appreciate the support team & their dedication to correct the situation. 10/10 stars

I love it so much! Its so cute and works really well! Would give it 5 stars if it wasnt so difficult to clean though. I cant seem to find a brush that will bend enough at the neck part! Makes it difficult to give it a good clean

It is BEAUTIFUL!!! I always look for unique bongs and this one has to be the coolest bong I’ve ever had! The glass isn’t paper thin so it seems like it should hold up well for at least a couple years. Also, the customer service team is very helpful and reasonable. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)
