Works as expected. Didn't see the dimples in the neck that stop ice from going in with the water in the pics and occasionally the tube holding the bowl comes out when you try to pull out the bowl.

I LOVE this bong! It is the perfect size, in my opinion. It holds a good amount of water. The glass is thick. It won't break easily. And it is very easy to clean. I like the extra tube that works as a filter too. Oh & best part is the way it is designed, I can add chipped ice to the chamber that the hit travels through right as it enters your lungs as another form of a filter. There are these three glass like cones that hold the ice in place, not dropping into the water chamber. It cools the smoke better than any bong I have ever had frankly. Best hit ever. It's definitely a great buy worth every penny.

The bowl down stem had only small slits and is getting clogged fast. I know my flowers are sticky but it is hard to clean. I sent a message to you a few days back about getting a different style bowl down stem that was open on the bottom to be easier on toking and cleaning. You didn't respond to my email?
