Originally my first bong that had delivered was broken, and I was sent a brand new bong right away! The first bong being broken was definitely a fault on the shipment company and not the bong, as the bong is a thicker, nicer glass. For my first bong of my own, I am thrilled with the product. It hits nice and is a good size.

This is my first time ordering from this website and I'm very happy with the product. The glass is better quality than most bongs I have purchased locally. The downstem could have been a little bit longer but I switched it out for a different one. Very smooth percolation.
